I specialise in the data-informed, product-driven development of pioneering experiences for exacting users. My passion lies in delivering functionality dynamically tailored to the intended demographic through ongoing A/B testing and tailored feature insights.

I enjoy building strong relationships with my team, and believe this is the best way of ensuring all involved, from the designers to the engineers, are fully aligned in delivering the best experience for the user.

I believe that aligning on the ‘why’ with your team is just as (if not sometimes more important than) agreeing on the ‘how’. The ‘why’ brings everybody together in understanding the end goal and unlocking their creativity and experience to create truly groundbreaking products.

My foremost objective is to prioritise customer satisfaction. I endeavour to represent the voice of the customer to the business, as opposed to the voice of the business to the customer.

As part of my approach to work, I emphasise on delivering frequent, smaller updates rather than infrequent, larger updates. This not only provides app store optimisation (ASO) benefits for mobile, but also enables an early evaluation of the viability and value of a feature, thereby allowing for continuous refinement, improvement, and enhanced steering.

I value leading a cohesive team and consider open and clear communication to be essential for an agile work environment. I believe that maintaining open channels of communication throughout the day is fundamental to successful product delivery.

In my pursuit of technical excellence, I believe in setting clear objectives and ensuring that all team members have a shared understanding of the end goal. I trust each team member with their areas of responsibility and encourage them to be creative in achieving our collective vision.
